If you’re craving authentic Punjabi flavors, this restaurant is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, the warm hospitality and vibrant ambiance set the tone for an incredible dining experience. The owner is so cool The food is beyond amazing—rich, flavorful, and cooked with so much love that every bite feels like a taste of Punjab. The butter chicken was perfectly creamy, the tandoori naan came out hot and fluffy, and the dal makhani was slow-cooked to perfection with that signature smoky taste. Their lassi was the perfect refreshing touch to complete the meal. What stood out most was the balance of spices—flavorful but never overwhelming. The portion sizes are generous, and the presentation adds to the joy of eating. Although you can find all the Indian on way trips snacks and grocery. Love it Whether you’re a fan of Punjabi cuisine or trying it for the first time, this place will leave you coming back again and again. Highly recommend for families, friends, or anyone who appreciates soulful food served with genuine hospitality. Truly the best Punjabi dining experience I’ve had in a long time!
We had an amazing meal at Panjabi Dhaba! We ordered Amritsari Kulcha, Gulab Jamun, Garlic Naan, Tawa Roti, Dal Makhni, Mixed Veg Paratha, and Paneer Bhurji—all incredibly tasty. The quality and quantity of the food were impressive, and they have a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic flavors!
I had Kulcha plate from here and it was very tasty. After Kulcha Chole from Amritsar Punjab , this is the first time I have eaten such delicious food in America. It is very good and very tasty.
One of the things we often crave is dhaba-style food—and today, our search was finally rewarded when we visited this Punjabi Dhaba. It offers a truly authentic dhaba experience along with delicious food. We had the Chole Kulcha, and it wouldn’t be wrong to call it their signature dish. The kulchas were perfectly tandoor-cooked, with a crispy texture and a flavorful stuffing of onion and potatoes. We also tried the vegetarian thali. The rotis were incredibly soft, with a brush of ghee that added a rich touch. The paneer and yellow dal were both flavorful and comforting. To end the meal, we had a cup of masala chai, which, with its aroma and freshness, instantly took us back home. Since this is a traditional roadside-style dhaba, don’t expect restaurant-level cleanliness—but it more than makes up for it with its charm, authenticity, and mouthwatering food. The dishes are served fresh and piping hot—just the way dhaba food should be.
We stopped by on our drive over I-40 here for dinner. A very good Punjabi Dhabha very easily accessible from the highway. The place still needs improvements for sure to make this a good family oriented restaurant. The lack of ambience, they certainly make up in the food quality and taste. The food is simply very good. The kulcha and bullet naan were excellent . The chana and Alu Mutter tasted awesome. If you are looking for a tasty Indian/Punjabi food, definitely this is a place to stop by.
I was on a road trip on Christmas day. Thankfully this restaurant was open. The restrooms had no electricity but the food was good. The location was pretty convenient right off from I40.
Maybe cause there’s not much to do out here, the chef and their team spend so much time into making their craft delicious. It’s full flavor and the texture is tender and nice. I got the goat curry and it didn’t taste gamey at all. Chai tea is heavier on the ginger and citrus flavor. 10/10 experience. Perfect cause it’s right off the interstate. But be careful in the parking lot there’s random potholes. So dodge them.
The best Punjabi dhaba in the I-40 area is surprisingly hidden. I need to stop for the buffet on my way back. I’m excited!
